Furnishing a whole house, whether a new build, a renovation or a holiday home on the lake, means coordinating the designer, joiners, kitchen and bathroom suppliers, craftsmen and carriers, each on their own schedule. Doing it alone means months on the phone, and the result is often a set of good decisions taken separately that do not work together.
With our turnkey service there is a single point of contact. We design the interiors and outdoor spaces, choose the furniture with you from the more than 50 brands in our showroom, coordinate the site and the trades, and follow the project through to delivery. You approve the choices; we take care of the rest.

More than 50 indoor and outdoor furniture brands, to see and touch in the 2,000 sqm showroom in Manerba del Garda before you choose.
Kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke pieces
Kitchens, wardrobes, bookcases and panelling drawn to the real measurements of the house, planned within the design rather than added afterwards.
Site work and delivery
We coordinate craftsmen, suppliers and deliveries in a single schedule, and remain your point of contact after the work is done.

Four stages, one point of contact
Site visit
We come to see the house, even while building work is under way. We listen to how you will live in it, who will live there, your timing and your budget.
Design
Arch. Sergio Besozzi and the team develop plans, materials, furniture and lighting. We review it together in the showroom, in front of the real materials.
Execution
Orders, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor: we coordinate trades and suppliers in a single schedule.
Delivery
We follow the project through to delivery and remain your point of contact afterwards.

Yes. The method is the same for a whole house or a single area, for example the living area and kitchen, or the terrace and garden: only the scale of the project changes.
Yes, and it is the best time to start: if the furnishing design comes before the wiring and plumbing, sockets, lights and drains go exactly where they are needed.
Yes. Terraces, gardens, poolside areas and outdoor kitchens are part of the same project, with the outdoor brands in our showroom.
